By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by k6999 at k6999.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the platform. To register and use k6999 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

k6999 conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players will be required to submit a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of account creation may result in account suspension.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on k6999. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. k6999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and permanently ban the player from the platform without prior notice or compensation.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
All transactions on k6999 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k6999 does not accept or process payments in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:
- bKash — minimum deposit ৳200, instant crediting, no k6999 transaction fee.
- Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200, real-time processing, no k6999 transaction fee.
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳200, instant crediting, no k6999 transaction fee.
- Bank transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank) — suitable for deposits above ৳10,000, settles within one business day.
- Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, instant crediting, no k6999 transaction fee.
The minimum withdrawal amount at k6999 is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the k6999 account. k6999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification being complete on the account.
k6999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while KYC verification is pending or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances k6999 may request additional identity documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
3. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by k6999 are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all k6999 bonuses:
- Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes fraud.
- Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date they are credited to an account if the wagering requirement has not been met within that period.
- k6999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
The k6999 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on a player's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000 in bonus funds. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500 and must be made within 7 days of account registration. The welcome bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The welcome bonus is available to newly registered players only and may not be claimed in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
Winnings generated from free spins awarded as part of any k6999 promotion are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Free spin winnings not subject to a stated wagering requirement will be credited as real funds at the rate of ৳1 per free spin won.
4. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension
The following activities are strictly prohibited on k6999 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:
- Registering more than one k6999 account or using another person's account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or k6999.
- Collusion with other players to defraud k6999 or other players, including match-fixing in any sports betting market.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using k6999 for the purpose of money laundering.
k6999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, k6999 will notify the account holder and complete its review within a reasonable time.
Where an account is terminated for cause (i.e. breach of these Terms), any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
5. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

These tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders set at 30, 60, and 90 minutes; reality checks; and self-exclusion options ranging from 7 days to permanent exclusion. k6999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which k6999 operates. Any dispute arising between k6999 and a player that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation should be submitted in writing to the k6999 customer support team in the first instance. k6999 aims to resolve all player complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by k6999 directly, the player may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body.
